Service Terms

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and seasonal demand. Emergency storm cleanup services are prioritized based on safety concerns and severity of damage.

Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Property Access

By engaging our seasonal maintenance services, you grant Soycalmlight access to your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and identifying any hazards or special conditions.

Liability

• Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service
• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems
• Natural variations in landscape appearance following seasonal changes
• Weather-related delays or service interruptions
